Then one of you could have given it to the other 'down stairs' through oral sex. after that... you get the pictur? And some people can be born w std's. i would get checked if it really bothers you.

Herpes simplex, chlamydia, gonorrhea and HPV are a few of the infections that can be spread via oral sex. You don't have to have intercourse to contract any of these. It's pretty unlikely in your case as neither of you have had any kind of intimate contact with another person, though.
Don't get too caught up in the semantics of things. "STDs" means "sexually transmitted diseases;" but there are other infections not commonly called "STDs" that could get spread through close contact.
I have some eye-opening links for you. You're doing well to be monogamous and careful! Keep it up! http://www.webmd.com/sexual-conditions/hpv-genital-warts/news/20090729/oral-sex-cause-throat-cancer-rise

It's not a bad idea to see your doctor to make sure it isn't something serious. Take care.

It is probably just an ulcer, they appear randomly and are not related to stds. if you were both virgins, and haven't engaged in foreplay it is highly unlikely you can have caught anythin. if you are worried you can both go to your gp or similar and get tested. But like I said, sores in your mouth can appear for a variety of reasons, ulcers, abcesses, and they are not usually related to stds. however, if it persists for over a week, or if you get any other symptoms which concern you, go to your gp.
best of luck x
