 Doctors start counting from the first day of the last menstrual period, so 7 weeks means actually she got pregnant around 5 weeks ago, give or take one or two days. Did yo have sex with her at that time ?

 You need to think back on when you had sex with her and then count the weeks. Remember that it can take up to 5 days after intercourse to get pregnant, so that can add almost another week to the counting.
