writes:Hello, i have a problem, i was on the birth control ingection for 5 years non stop. My ginacologist told me i must go of for a while, to make a long story short. My hormones are very unstable and my period was also unregular. Now its totaly gone. About 3 weeks ago i had unprotected sex with a random guy i met, and now i think i may be pregnant. My lower stomach/ovaries or something down there pain and cramp the whole time and my very low stomach is swollen. And i get hot flushes when the pain kicks in. I may be pregnant, or it may just be the hormones thats still scrambled. ? What do you think? Oh yes, im 20 yrs old.

take a pregnancy test? and yes unprotected sex with random people usually leads to pregnancy.

 I am trying to get pregnant but fail every time because my hormones are still messed up and i've been of the injection for 2years but had it for 3years. I can bet not to worry at this stage for pregnancy. My advise is go to the gyne and get medicine for your hormones. I've been on it for 3 months and only now is it started to work. So don't get stressed up yet.

 well it actually takes about a year for you to be able to get pregnant after going off of that shot. so i am willing to bet the stuff you are experiencing is your period coming on. it's just extreme cause you have been on the shot for so long. i wouldnt worry yet.
