You say you wore both a dress AND panties AND he was clothed as well? Well the chance of sperm getting through that are small. Not impossible, just not bloody likely and it would take and OUTSIDE your body they don't last long. What kills them is when the semen dries up. The material of your clothing will soak up the moisture. Game over.
Then even if they got through, they would have to be near your vagina, swim ALL THE WAY INSIDE. That is a bloody long trek even if they are injected, no sorry girl, the sperm died, a few million victims of dirty dancing, poor sods. Reminds me of the joke: One sperm asks another "how far to the fallopian tube?" The other answers: "A while yet, we only just passed the tongsils".
They are tenacious buggers but they are NOT supermen.
As for your symptoms, you are stressed, that causes nausia and can even offset your period.
Might I suggest however that you go onto the pill? You are obviously close to having sex one day and NOT yet prepared for pregnancy, yes condoms work and a responsible guy should have them, let me know when you find one, we can have him stuffed and mounted to put in a museum.

Secondly you would not get symptoms after a few days.
Its not IMPOSSIBLE but its not likely if you are unsire wiat for about 4 weeks, if you dont have a period from now until then then get a test.
Dont worry about it, this can postpone your period making you worry more.

Even though he did not ejaculate , his precums could contain some sperms.
It only needs 1 sperm to make you pregnant.
It is not entirely right to say you cannot be pregnant but there is a very slim chance that you may get pregnant .
The possibility is still there and cannot be discounted.
Get a test kit to confirm whether you are pregnant or not.

He needs to actually put his penis inside you or to get his sperm inside you for there to even be a CHANCE of you getting pregnant. Which won't have happened if you were dancing fully clothed.
