About a week ago I missed 2 pills. so when I went to take it on that morning I had to take 3 pills so I wouldn't skip the other ones. the next day I woke up and was bleeding. my period pills don't come until another week and a half...so I don't know if it was my period or not because it was off and on....and light then heavy....back and forth....I stop bleeding the next day....the day after that I was bleeding again and it went one for about 4 days...then I figured it was my period....so it got really light so I figured I was going off....I had sex with my boyfriend without protection and he came in me....the next day I was bleeding lightly again...ever since that day I missed my pills I've been taking my pills on time....so I'm wondering is it a possible that I could be pregnant because I missed those pills???..even though I took them every day on time after that....and have any one else experience the bleeding by missing their pills??? please help....thanks

I agree, your hormones are now out of whack...so your body doesn't really know what to do. On certain pills, since I forgot to take my pills for a couple days years ago; I started my period--so yes, it's possible to start your period when you skip pills even if it's not when you normally do. Like someone else suggested, read the pamphlet that comes with the pills, it lets you know what to do when you miss pills and much more information that you also need to know. In addition to that, yes, it's possible to get pregnant skipping days or even on the pill, it's not 100% effective.

You need to contact your birth control provider now. It says if you miss a pill DO NOT take the ones you missed just resume taking them as normal. You have overdosed your hormones and you need to contact your birth control provider and go in have a pregnancy test and get advice on what to do next.
