A age 30-35, anonymous writes:

So I'm vegetarian but not vegan, and I eat dairy pretty much everyday. I've always felt better without eating it (I just can't seem to stop, but I'm going to now) and the only dairy I eat is cheese, ice cream, and yogurt.. about 30 mins to an hour after I feel bloated, I sometimes get stomachaches, I get headaches, and I have shortness of breath. Overall, I just feel awful. Could this even be mild? I just wanted to know if anyone knows if this could be it. Thanks.
