A few years back I met a guy online, he was a compter wizard and I was having problems with my pc- we were talking through msn at the time and he asked my permission to somehow look through my pc to fix the problem. I agreed and sat watchin the screen as he went through all the programs. We didn't speak too much after that as he turned out to be a bit of an old perve posing as a genuine person.I havnt thought that much of it until lately, I'm worried sick he was able to look at my pictures/ conversation/personal stuff...Can someone tell me if he could do that once I shut the computer down, could he still access me pc? Could he still be doing it today? I'm seriously worried as there is a lot of personal stuff on there.Any help or info appreciated.

When you let him in initially he would have had access to anything you had on the computer but you would have been able to see it. As of now he most likely does not have access to your computer. Unless he has illagally hacked in for him to get in the way he originally did he needs your end to give him permission.
If you notice anything change I would take it off line and figure out what you should do from there. Most likely you have nothing to worry about although I do recommend not allowing anyone who isn't a professional to access you computer that way. Some things are just better to spend the money and pay someone to fix the problems.

Unlikely. The Remote access thing he was using through MSN would be turned off when you signed out of MSN, or turned off your computer.
