 well look from experience you will "never" no untill you ask so just take a wild chance and just ask him but dont straight up ask him make little hints about it them work your way up to the big question
cause maybe he does have feelings for you and you dont ask well theres something that may have been good down the drain.. gotta be unshy someday..
