He was really nice. Then a while later, he talked to me again, and he kind of flirted and compliment me. And then he kept adding me on other social medias, and also leaves nice comments on my photos. A week ago, we were at a party and he was there, he greeted me in a nice way, and I caught him a lot stealing glances at me. And he kind of tried to dance with me in a very indirect way, and he sat beside me and he was quite and he tried many times to open a conversation but I was really distracted with my friends. He seemed very nervous because he goes here and there while stealing glances. Could he be interested on me? Does he have a like me?

Well, it's difficult for anyone who wasn't there to tell if he fancies you (or "likes" you in a romantic way) but, from what you post, he's certainly making attempts at trying to get to know you better. So the chances are that he does like you.....
If you want him to like you, you'll have to make some time to chat to him when you next see him, rather than get distracted by all your friends
