Most men once told that your are a virgin automotically have certain expectations and are suprised even sometimes suspicious if things turn out different. So therefore your man will need some education if you don't bleed and don't seem in pain as most guys expect this.
The absence of the hyomen doesn't mean you are no longer a virgin and yes you can find yourself bleeding even when the hymen's been broken due to other activies and circumstances.Just explain it properly to your man so that he doesn't think you were lying in the 1st instant.
Take care.

The hymen is a tricky thing. Women can have broken it long before they have ever had sex for the first time. Inserting a tampon can damage it, even trauma to the area such as a fall or even horseriding.
Sex for the first time, by nature can be painful and difficult. But every woman is individual. You can't tell that shes not a virgin by the fact thats shes not bleeding and screaming in pain.
Like a lot of things in a relationship, you're just going to have to trust her word.
