Conversations are stilted and we never flirt any more. Is this the end?

Question - (10 December 2005) 1 Answers - (Newest, 11 December 2005)
A male , anonymous writes:

I love my girlfriend. Within a span of around two weeks she loved me, and then went to never loving me. This at first hurt a lot, but I dealt with it with the hope that she'd feel the same way. However now when we talk it feels very akward and different. Our conversations seemed forced, and we never do the playful flirting we used to. I have a feeling she wants to end things, but then I think I might be overreacting. I'm super confused and I have no idea what to do....help please!

A female reader, Angel_Whisperer +, writes (11 December 2005):

You're not overreacting. U seem to love your girlfriend alot but she's not treating you the same way. You should talk to her about it. U deserve someone who loves u and makes you happy. And you're not happy in this relationship so if she doean't change or at least try to show you more love I think u would be happier with someone who treats you like you deserve to be treated.
