hi i had one put in about six months ago, it isnt a painful procedure very simple and take around 20 minutes. personally i find it very convinient and haven't had any problems with it so far. it is perfect, no mood swings, no weight gain, no headaches, no spotting.........sometimes i just forget that it's there........so if you have weighed your options and are convincd it's the way to go then i'd encourage you to go for it and i hope it works out for you as well as it worked out for me

hlskitten agony auntHi

I had one for 9 months. I had it taken out the begining of this year. I did have a few problems with mood swings and bled for quite a while although not heavily.

Would love to have kept it in longer as it was so convenient ive gotta be honest. I just couldnt deal with the pmt like anxiety symptoms with it and the spotting!

Hopefully you wont have any problems. Lots have found it perfect.

It didnt hurt having it put in or taken out. Only took about 20 minutes.

Good luck.
