I was around your age when I was trying to get over my first love, he sounded a lot like yours in fact not good for me at all. First loves can be hard to get over even more so than regular break-ups. I surrounded myself with friends I couldn't really alone, we would have girls night, drive around singing songs at the top of our lungs, they took away my phone so I wouldn't call him, some retail therapy, went to the gym got to thinking about all the lies then I was running really hard on the treadmill like I was running away from him, made sure I was busy majority of the time so I didn't pick up my phone to see if he called. Turn off your phone and put it some where, forget about it for a little while, block him on Facebook and Myspace. Doesn't happen overnight and it's going to take some self discipline but it's definitely possible.
