 Well hun only you can tell in your head what you truely want. If you dont feel happy with your current boyfriend after 18months then i doubt that the relationship is for you especially when you are having second thoughts about another guy, why did you and this other guy break up? Try and think back to the break up and think to your self could those issues be solved if you got back together, you also need to think of the age gap between you'se and make sure that the both of you arent in two different places and want different things, if you were happier with this other man then follow your heart.
