MY concern is that our finances are starting to be a problem, she hasn't been paying her part and I'm having to front her the cash, now I'm starting to live paycheck to paycheck and I'm frustrated to the point that I don't want to do anything or be around them, should I cut my losses and get out or should I continue to help her out....

I think she is using you you didnt even say if you love this woman or not your not married so she should be paying her share, sine your ask this question
"should I cut my losses and get out or should I continue to help her out"
i would say get out you seemingly have no future with her your not in love and arent looking forward to marriage.
if you do love her then stick around just tell her you dont have the money and if your going to be fronting everything take charge of the household finances, keep your receipts and everything you spend make records of all your loans in case you have to ever go to court over repayment
stop giving her money and see if she sticks around long.
