Could the spermicide on the condom have killed all the sperm before they could get me pregnant or is there still a possibility. I am not on birth control because the hormones caused me some health issues (I tried them three different times) I started an excercise routine a week ago doing sit ups, push ups, and squats three days a week for 20 minutes. Could starting the excercise have caused this? Any ideas as to why I have missed my period would be very helpful!

Yes the exercise effects it, and it could just be that you're so worried and stressed over it that your body's in flux and it hasn't came yet. Or you could be pregnant. The best thing to do is just go out and get a pregnancy test to give you some peace of mind, or if you are pregnant knowing now will give you a lot more time to decide what to do.Stop worrying about it and go get a test :)

Yes, there's a possibility. Only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test.
