writes:soo...it's been 2 years that i've met my collegue and work together very closely on the same projects and also travel 2gether a lot. i started to like him however he has a girlfriend for about 3 years. latetly he's saying that his relationship is not at its best and thinks of spliting up (he's being saying this to me the past 6 months)A few days ago the 2 of us went our for a drink..we had a few drinks and started kissing...but nothing more happend since I stopped it bcoz he has a g/f - if i didnt stope it it would have gone much further. Why is he acting like this?

Some guys are like monkies. They want to have another banana to before they throw away the peel of the one they are done with...
My advice, do not date people where you work. If it fails, you have to put up with all the emotions at work!
