After the third my partner and I were offered some testing (genetic, bloods, sperm etc)in order to eliminate possible "causes". Most things have come back "normal" except for a slightly elevated cardiolipin antibody reading - which I believe has to do with clotting - and can be linked with early pregnancy loss. My specialist has suggested putting me on Clexane injections (daily) as soon as I fall pregnant again - to see if this can help me carry the pregnancy. Have any of you aunts done this? If so - how was it and did you have successful pregnancies? NB: I had a normal pregnancy prior to these troubles and have a perfect little 2 year old.

Thanks for your response.
I actually have had some tests like you describe - I had a sonohystogram during which saline was injected into the uterus - it all appeared normal I'm told.
It's hard not having any answers...I hope trying Clexane will make the difference for us. Fingers and toes crossed.

I haven't had the treatment you mention, but I have had several miscarriages (as well as one successful one). I am not sure if they have run ultrasound tests of your uterus as you don't mention them. If not, I would recommend you go back to your doctor and ask for a scan to exclude any uterine abnormalities like a septum or polycystic ovaries or fibroids which can get in the way with pregnancies. These sorts of problems intefere with successful implantation and were the reason for my miscarriages.
