My concern is, when I switched out, my hand was wet and I wasn't sure if it was from hers or mines and I touched the new condom with it. As for wet, doesn't look like cum... We proceeded and she came. Both happy but I'm very concern. Things like this really make me not want to have sex ever again until marriage. P.S.The condoms are in good condition, I checked.

The short answer is yes; it is a possibility. Remember that even pre-cum can contain active sperm! Although the wetness may not have looked like ejaculate, it may have contained enough sperm through transference from your hand to do the job.
No need to swear off sex, but definitely be more careful in the future.
satindesire gave a great reply on what to do/what to do in the future, so I won’t be repetitive.
I wish you both the best.
