If u did'nt feel like your doing something bad it would'nt be an issue!!U were lonely and now you have a habit, i smoked for 20 years and quit..........seriously don't feel like u need classes or therapy, just something to replace the habit with. good luck, don't let ppl(or yourself feel like a freak) we all want to do something a lot more if we feel like we should'nt be doing it.The less time you let this linger in your mind the faster it'll be gone.Hey nicotine's NOT just in the head now is it?(oh i did'nt have to google to (FIX?) me.

Get Call of Duty and shoot people online or any interactive for that matter, it's real time so you're really pissing people off when you shott them. lol My husband loves it and it took away a lot of his stress. He takes the aggravation off me bitching about that stuff (porn) on those poor gamers!!! lol. Anyway you can't burn your sex life up trying to make up for it so find something else men do to relieve stress. Oh I personally am not nearly as offended when he plays the virtual sex games, I have to admit some are a trip. He's found about three. Now I don't feel like he can find nude pictures of a nasty woman down the street... get my drift?
