Recently I've been so lonely and sexually frustrated due to not seeing her and I'm tempted to sleep with this other girl who is interested in me at work. I know I sound like the worst person in the world right now but the loneliness is getting me down, I haven't been able to go and see my girlfriend an she hasn't visited due to work commitments and being busy with Uni. I just need some advice to overcome feeling so lonely before I do something I regret. Thanks for any responses

I've done LDRs. I have never considered cheating on a partner I was in an LDR with.
Sometimes adults are just lonely. and sometimes we can't have sex when we want with our partners even if they are in the same home we are in... maybe your partner is sick and unable to have sex so what would you do then? would you cheat then?
so why is their being LDR an excuse?
If you don't feel so strongly about your LDR partner that you are willing to consider cheating, do her a favor and end the LDR so both of you can move on with your lives.

You need to either make your LDR and non-LDR or you need to move on.
