I've tried dating guys my age or older, and it's always something. I just find that the younger guys are easier to handle. Plus I kinda like the fact that they look up to me. But does that in any way make me a young cougar. Also does it mean there's something wrong me because I can't make a relationship work with a guy my age or older? Reply to this Question Share |

No, there's nothing wrong with you. I'm dating an older woman and we're both happy. If you prefer to date younger guys, then who cares? You said it yourself, they're easier to handle. Enjoy yourself.

He would be seen as normal but also seen as an immature person using his age to take advantage of others. It would be seen as more proof that girls are more mature earlier than guys.
So, is this really "wrong?"
Or are we frequently judging and putting down men as inferior for something that we shouldn't be?

They're not that far apart from you in age that it should matter. Its how mature your mentalities are and if they match that matter.
Im 23 and dating a 20 year old, we're doing just fine. I've dated guys older and younger then me before, age doesnt matter. I happen to find the older guys more boring though. Good luck!
