You give very little info and this question really sounds like it has come from someone who wants to move on but wants someone to give them a push.

If you need a stranger on the internet to make your decision for you based on this one sentence then, yeah, go for it, dump him.

If you want informed relationship advice then come back and update with the actual problem and we may be able to help you salvage things if that is what you want.
