The only thing that's really wrong with our relationship is that there's a serious lack of intimacy. During the nights when we talk on the phone he doesn't flirt there's no real intimacy I don't feel wanted or sexy when I'm with him which is what he calls are "perverted" thoughts he wont share with me. I don't know if hes too shy to tell me or if there's another reason behind it I love him with all my heart but its putting a big strain in out relationship. Can you please help me find a way to get my boyfriend to be intimate with me

Sorry but this is just a fundamental difference between you. Some people just don't care for intimacy, which is fine if you're also that type of person.
If not its a deal breaker.
I know my advice won't cause you to end your relationship and that's fine, but you really only have two choices. Learn to live without intimacy or break up with him. The third choice, being unhappy, shouldn't be an option.
