curiousgirl32382 agony auntI dont know your situation but it sounds fishy..If you are a divorcee and are wanting to marry someone but havent told them. BAD idea she will find out. My sister met a guy at a bar fell in love moved in with him got married in just a matter of a couple of months. Apparently on his paper he wrote no. But with in a year she found out not only was he married once but twice. women are like detectives watch your self. Dont start a new marriage on a lie. People make bad decisions talk to her about if she loves you, yous can work through it. Put your self in her shoe what if she lied to you about it, and you found out later how would you feel?

What?

Are you asking that if you're getting married at the courthouse that you were married before - or are you in trouble with the law?

If you're getting married and your divorced, then no, but it might be a good idea to mention it to your bride. If your STILL MARRIED, uh- yea, you might need to mention that...

If you got an annulment (sp?) then no, you were never married...

LIEING at a courthouse is a bad idea on multiple fronts...

You need to be honest. If you lie under oath and are found to be lying, you can be charged with perjury. Why would it matter if they know whether you were once married or not, anyway?
