What I genuinely don't understand is, every part of my body would react as if I was having an orgasm (raised heart rate, faster breathing, legs shaking) except for where I feel it when I masturbate. Of course the guy thought I was coming every time we had sex, and I never said anything different because I wasn't faking any of those reactions. So can you have an orgasm without the contractions? Or is it possible to experience a different sort of orgasm when you make yourself do it or your partner does? I'm so confused, please help! Thanks :)

Hmmmmmmmmmm no idea lovely!
But if it feels right and you both enjoy it then maybe it's best not to over think the finer details of how your body reacts :)
Just go with the flow if you like it with this chap ... and be safe and sensible of course! :)
All the best.
