 From a Personal point of view - No, you cannot.. I have never seen anybody get pregnant while having sex on her period or soon after or before period..
From a wider angle - Yes, i have read and a lot of people say that you can..
So, Yes you can get pregnant although i have never seen anyone get pregnant like this. You can put it like this..
