I really think you need to talk to your Mum about this. If you are mature enough to have sex, then you are grown up enough to deal with the consequences.
As you took the morning after pill, this should have stopped you getting pregnant. HOWEVER, this is only effective within a set period of time.
If you are pregnant and you have to have a chemical abortion, you will need to go and see a Doctor, as things like that are prescribed only. They are not given out like sweeties. You would need to be fully checked over, for heart conditions, etc as they are strong medications. This would go on your medical records, as it is a medical procedure. Its not like taking a couple of paracetamol. It is a serious thing.
I dont think you are pregnant, and if you have taken the morning after pill you should be ok. I really urge you to talk to your mum or a teacher and go and visit your Doctor (that would be confidential) ASAP about this, as you are obviously lacking in sex education.
For one thing, what were you doing having sex at 14, before you have even started your periods!!!!! Your body is still that of a child, and is physically not ready for sex. Your body and brain have not matured enough to deal with this, physically or emotionally.
You need to go and learn about contraception, and how its used, like the pill (altho they probably wouldnt give this to you yet as you have not started your periods) CONDOMS which are always essential, to prevent sexually transmitted infections and diseases. DO you know about all the nasty things you can catch from sex? They can make you infertile and could possibly kill you.
NEVER have sex without a condom. EVER. Learn that lesson NOW.
Also, just to make you realise ALL sexual acts under 16 are ILLEGAL. This includes, oral, handjobs, blowjobs, fingering, vaginal sex, anal sex and any others I cant think of.
You need to STOP having sex until you are much older. Put this behind you and LEARN from this experience. Wait until you are of legal age and can totally understand the consequences of sex.

You shouldn't have lied to your doctor.
You are probably not pregnant by the sounds of it as you got the morning after pill and haven't started your periods.
You can get an abortion through your doctor or through the family planning clinic.
It will go on record I'm afraid but no one has access to those except people who need to know. There are so many laws about these things staying private.
All I can say is that I hope you have learned your lesson from this and will not have sex again for a good few years. When you do have sex again when you are old enough, I hope you will also use a condom.
Good Luck!! xx

But have you thought about what you are doing and how irresponsible it is to think that you don't have to worry about consequences for your behavior because you can just take a pill to make it all OK?
Life doesn't work that way. There are reasons you shouldn't be having unprotected sex especially at the age of 14.
The largest one being your total lack of care and concern for your body your future and the results of having sex.
Why don't you go to the family planning clinic and find out your answers to your questions.
Be sure to ask the following:
How do I get on hormonal birth control?
How do I get the vaciine for HPV the virus that I am at high risk for contracting while having sex in which condoms do not protect against and that can cause cervical cancer?
How much does it cost to deliver a healthy baby?
How much does it cost for formula and diapers and other baby care each year? Lifetime?
What kinds of jobs are available for 14 year olds that have children and have to work to support them.
What kinds of jobs are available for 14 year olds that have to drop out of school and not complete their education?
Where can 14 year olds live to rais their kid on their own, how much will that cost?
What are the statistics for unwed mothers having the father of the baby remain in tact as a family after the birth?
What are the STD's I can get from Oral Sex?
What STD's can I get from Sex? Which ones can possibly cause complications in conception in the future?
What does an abortion cost?

How do I look into adoption?
How do I get my birth control supplies?
Not how do I keep the abortion pill going on my nhs records.
