I'm sure he likes me but i'm not sure how much. That one dream has been replaying in my head everyday. Out of all the dreams i've ever had this is one of them that i can't forget. I know it sounds stupid but i've been trying to have another dream about him. Every night i think of him before i fall asleep hoping he'd appear in my dream but he never does. The dream ends up being something completely different. I wish someone had any ideas on how i could somehow "control" my dreams. I know its not possible but if someone had any little ideas on how i could be able to it would be very helpful. Thankyou Reply to this Question Share |

A few techniques- Keep a dream journal, write down everything you can remember as SOON as you have a dream (ie. if you wake at midnight, write it down at midnight) and try to remember it the next day also. Strengthen the bridge between the conscious and unconscious brain.
Apparently repeatedly thinking about wanting to become "conscious" during your dreams during the stage where your eyes are drooping and you know that you're just minutes away from sleep is helpful, but can't say I've ever done this.
Good grief this is a long book... Well just look it up, but yeh it is possible. It's science, not magic mumbo-jumbo.

Well I usually find that I often end up dreaming about whatever or whoever I was thinking about right before sleep. I know you say that's what you've been doing but try talking to him on the phone or reading a letter he's sent you, look at a picture of him and keep him in your mind before you go to sleep :)

At least that's my experience... I dream nearly every night and not everyone seems to believe that you can have ANY control over dreams, but I'm convinced that you can.
Provided you recognize that you're actually in a dream when you're dreaming. I don't entirely know how you can teach yourself how to do this, but I'll look around and try to get back to ya.
