I had been lead to believe that most women hate anal sex because it hurts, but apparently some women do enjoy it. So I am wondering if they have orgasms from it, or what it is about anal sex that they enjoy, and if they like it better than regular sex, or about the same.

WTF? i know plenty of couples and girls who have anal sex and they love it. just because its not your thing doens't mean others won't
YES you can orgasm from anal sex theres alot of nervs around there. and some women do prefer it. nto all but some. and some like miss center of the universe there doesn't.
Which might i add LJ001 : its something you have to work up to and use about a gallon of lube. you can't just shove it in and expect it to feel wonderful.
Women Can have orgams from anal sex. men recieving anal can also have orgasms.
HOWEVER. you can not just stick it in, you have to start off small be it small toys or singers and take it Very very very slow and lube is your friend.

Just think where we men would be if women wouldn't have vaginal sex after the first time since it hurt. But yes all women can have an orgasm with anal sex and clitoral stimulation. Some with just anal sex. Since there more nerve endings that share the vaginal wall that give anal sex a more powerful orgasm.
