You can get marriage rights and stuff, A few countries in the world have this like UK Russia and a few states in the US.As for parents its not them gatting married.Its up to you, Your choiceBest wishes,

As for your parents, you can't force them to be together if it makes them unhappy. If your parents do love each other then they'll stay together. They could go to marriage counselling with Relate but don't push them into anything.
