writes: How do you rebuild trust? Infact can trust be rebuilt? My boyfriend broke up with me about a year ago, he told me he had feelings for his ex. Two months later he came back and told me he was sorry but he had made a mistake. It took me a long time to accept him back but he went to such extremes to get me to forgive him. I gave him a 2nd chance and we are really in love and supposed to be getting married in a year. BUT I keep thinking about the breakup... We always bump into the ex and everytime we do it just brings back all the emotions. I get so mad and just push him away when this happens... I want to be able to just forget it. I need to know how to. We are so happy together (when this doesn-t cross my mind). Its been too long, I am bored of the same fight and I am sure he is too... Please someone help me fix this.. I want to forgive and forget...

Hi,
There is no magic solution to make you forget what your B/F did. All I can say is! can you imagine your life without him, or would that seem unbearable. Is it worth losing the person you love because they made a mistake (even though it was a pretty big one). If you truly love this man, then you must drop the past. If you dont think that you can, then dont marry him.
But remember, he left her for you didnt he. He realised he was losing something, that was special. Dont go making the same mistake.
