writes: So I havent had sex since Feb 2010 because my boyfriend had went away for a while. And while he was gona I stopped taking my birth control. So he came home Dec 15 2010 and I was expecting my period that and I didnt want to be on it because I wanted to have sex. So I had a few birth control pills left over from febuary so I took one to delay my period. Well we didnt have any condoms and I messed up and got caught in the moment and still did it. He didnt cum in me. He pulled out but I here you can get pregnant from pre-ejaculation.. Although when he pulled out I noticed that his sperm was clear not white so does that mean maybe his sperm wasnt fertile? Anyways main question is because of me taking that one birth control pill and didnt take anymore after that day did it make me fertile and ovulation occur? Because I hear when u take birth control pills and then suddenly stop thats when ur the most fertile and ovulate. So did I ovulate the next day and could I be pregnant? Because sperm cells can live in you or 3 days. Or I would have to be taking the pills for a long time and then stop, for me to be fertile like that? Oh, ans I usually have a 28-30 day cycle. I ended up getting my period. Dec 18th and it was a normal period. Lasted about 5-6 days. All I need to know is did that one birth control pill mess up my cycle and dis ovulation occur the next day? I hope Im not pregnant.. Ive learned my lesson. No more unprotected sex! Its driving me crazy thinking about it! If anyone thinks I am pregnant when should I take a test? Its only been a week and a half. Today is xmas eve dec 24th. I havent had any symptoms just a lil extra gas and when I press down on my lower abdomen the right side next to my hip bone is a lil sore but thats all. Thanks for reading!

I'd still take a pregnancy test just to be sure. Periods can be unreliable to trust. My mother for example got her period while pregnant with me and didn't realize until 5 months in. If you for example drink or take birth control during pregnancy it can damage the fetus. So, be 100% sure you are not pregnant, that is my advice.

One pill won't do anything to your cycle at all. It didn't make you more or less fertile. If you already ovulated that month, then one pill couldn't have messed up your cycle enough to make you ovulate again.
You need to use contraception every, single, time and pulling out is not a method of contraception, especially not at your age when he may not know his limits very well. It doesn't matter if condoms kill the mood or whatever, if you're not on the pill, don't have sex without a condom. No glove, no love.
As for pre-cum, it can only contain sperm if he ejaculated since last urinating or within the past few hours. If he hadn't ejaculated in a day or so, then it wouldn't contain sperm. However, if he had masturbated recently, there could still be sperm present that would be picked up in the pre-cum. Since you got your period, you're not pregnant. Just remind yourself how scary it was waiting the next time you want to have unprotected sex.

And buy a pregnancy test just in case. If you do happen to be pregnant you'll want to know as soon as possible. Chances are low that you are pregnant, but those % wont help you much if you're the lucky winner of a baby.
The guide on how to use a pregnancy test comes with the test itself, read it carefully.

Your period got delayed by 3 days because of that one pill you took? I am actually not sure at all about how much more fertile or not you'd be, as this isn't exact science. You could get pregnant while on your period as well, although it's technically not supposed to happen life has taught us otherwise.
Unprotected sex just isn't safe! No way! Not unless you have this thingy that measures your fertility (I keep forgetting the name, but there's a thing that does that), and even that is not 100% spot on all the time.
If you were supposed to have your period on the day your boyfriend came I will say you weren't ovulating. But then you took that birth control pill.. and it changed your cycle. It's really complicated, but I take my guess at "yes you could have gotten more fertile". However, the only answer that is true in this case is that whenever you have unprotected sex you run a risk of becoming pregnant, pulling out or no pulling out. It's a 20-40%% chance of becoming pregnant if you're actually trying for a baby though! So it's not guaranteed, plus you weren't ovulating (we'll guess) so that lowers the %, and he did pull out, I guess that lowers it some more. But there'll be a larger chance than if you had just used protection.
There's something called the emergency contraceptive, it is a pill you take with 72 hours after sex, and it is more effective the sooner you take it! It can be bought without a prescription at any pharmacy (at least in my country).
As for his semen colour: it doesn't play any factor in this at all.
Thumb rule for you though: if you are worried about becoming pregnant it is a LOT better for you to NOT have unprotected sex. So think about the fear you have in your gut now next time you feel like taking that risk.
