 And I forgot to add this: a hymen is not protective of pregnancies. It is not a contraceptive!

Yes, a virgin can get pregnant if you insert sperm into her.
In your case, you are not even sure if your penis was close to her vagina, and you didn't ejaculate on or in her vagina either, so highly unlikely that she will fall pregnant. If she does claim to be pregnant later I would advise you to get a DNA test done to make sure you are in fact the father, as it is that unlikely.

Sperm has enzymes in it that can break through anything. If you've not had sex with her, but sperm has been near her vagina (it only takes one to get in), it's still possible, though unlikely.
