i think im fallin in love with my 2nd cousin and he is falling for me too but we dont know how this will work out if we are blood or what he really wants to be with me he tells me everyday that i make him happy he has a smile on his face every time he looks at me say my name i feel da same way about him.. how does this work his father is my cousin.

If his father is your cousin he is actually your "first cousin once removed" and not your second cousin.

In years past first cousins used to often marry, and it is legal for them to be together in most places. It is only in more recent times that it has become more socially unacceptable.

The only issue you will likely face is the reaction of your family. If you can handle that or it isn't an issue then there probably isn't a lot in your way.
