HI
rough sex will cause friction burns, and obviously when you urinate it will burn or sting, but if it still feels like this after a day or two then you should make sure its not become infected. In future explain to your man that your only human and that the roughness is a little much for you. However if you enjoy this kind of sex then make sure your properly aroused first, or use a good lubricant.

it might just be an irritation or you could have an urinary tract infection... I used to get them from sex when I used a diaphragm for birth control....
if you have frequent urge to go, blood in your pee, and the burning continues then I suggest you contact the doctor because you will need antibiotic to clear up a UTI.

It happens when you get chafed. Unpleasant but not serious. Should go away on its own in a day or two. Use lube next time to prevent it.
