reader, anonymous, writes (26 July 2008): There are various methods, but none are really effective and some are not safe and can do damage. The ligament to the penis can be cut with surgery. That will make it longer, as more will protrude outside the body. However, it will just hang there, even when hard. You can hang a weight on it. I suppose they make them for that purpose, but I have no idea how they work. Vacuum pumps will work to some extent, but you have to get a very good one with a vacuum gage and be very careful and use it every day. I have read that the most than you can reasonably gain is maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch, if even that. Don't believe the 3 inch gains that are advertised.
Of course, the question is: Why do you want to gain length? Are you shorter than 5 inches when erect? Do you think that all women like 8 inch ones? Do you just want to feel more manly? If you are 5 to 6 inches when erect then consider yourself average and able to perform for most women. If you are over 6 inches now then consider yourself lucky already. Penis length is way down the list of what is important to most women sexually. The rest of your performance is more important, at least according to the women's opinions that I have read and any of my past girlfriends. Much over 6 inches can also cause pain for many women. Yes, some are in the bigger is better camp, but not that many.

I suggest you do not waste your money or time with all the commercial products advertised for this purpose;
BUT
rather concentrate on lovemaking skills.(Believe me that is far more important then the size of your penis).
