reader, anonymous, writes (14 June 2009): I really REALLY doubt it. Even if you had ejaculated the odds are slim. Since you didn't, then I'd say the odds are so slim, I wouldn't worry about it. The only way she could have POSSIBLY gotten pregnant would be if some pre-cum had come out RIGHT into her vagina and there had somehow been sperm in the pre-cum (nearly impossible since you haven't ejaculated in 3 days and pre-cum does not contain sperm unless there is still some around to pick up). Women don't get pregnant just from touching. Cramps don't mean pregnant either. I've never heard a recently pregnant woman complaining of cramps. They usually mean period. Don't worry about it. Just the next time use a condom if you're worried.
