It is hard to describe, like asking a woman how it feels to have a penis inside her. Try to describe that to me or your husband. I'm thinking that it is similar to getting your clit licked, but probably a bit less sensitive. Some people say that the clit is the female version of a penis, so that would make sense. My reaction is the same as when I give my wife an oral orgasm. Both are more intense then when she has a vaginal orgasm. The buildup to orgasm seems to be the same for my orgasm and her oral orgasm also. I guess this is the best that I can do.
Of course, nature has deprived us guys. I can give her 3, 4 or 5 oral orgasms in a row, but I only get one before I have to re-energize. She can have many orgasms in a day, whereas I can only have 2 a day at best at our ages (60+). Not fair, I tell you. :))

A penis is much more sensitive than your fingers. If you could insert a tongue, which has a similar sensitivity then you would know how it feels. Unfortunately unless your very flexible and double jointed, this may not be an option for you.
