My hubbie is in the army and always says that even if he has proper email access... it's ALWAYS best to get letters.
If you suspect you are being played then stop writing!
Either that or just stay as penpals and get a boyfriend.

That doesn't mean that whoever you have in mind is the same, so I suggest you do what I did, bring it all out into the open so that you can stop wasting your time - if you think that is what you are doing.
People are individuals - you might get a nice surprise!
