From then, we flirted and teased each other for many months. We finally met up, had great conversation, made out some and really enjoyed each other's company. But later I started to feel like maybe we should just be friends since I'm not ready to start a relationship. So I asked him if we could just remain friends. He felt like I didn't like him and therefore didn't see why I would want to be friends. Now, we don't talk at all.Can guys be friends with girls they are attracted to? Or would they rather just not have the temptation so close?

Well sure you can be friends! but you don't start something and not finish it, that only confuses him. you wer'e sending wrong signals and i don't blame him really. maybe he was hot for you and was hoping? then bam you let him have it.

Yes men and women can be friends but it kinda sounds like he definately wanted more so it will be hard for him to be friends as he's constantly being reminded of what he's missing out on.
