If you ever wonder why a teacher you crush on is so nice to you remember students like that are mostly well behaved and seem the most enthusiastic to learn. It's not my fault if I mistake a students crush for enthusiasm, nor my fault I seem happier in your presence for that or compliment you a lot on your good work. Unfortunately we're not always mind readers and can't always tell, when can we make a conscious effort not to feed it.
OP we're only human, we're going to like the students who show us respect and pay attention, they make our job easier, of course we're going to be fond of them in that respect. Don't mistake that extra niceness for anything other than a natural human reaction to someone who is always being nice.

If not, then I think its one of them cheesy moment things where you will imagine singing this great mushy love song to your teacher whom you have a major crush on lol.

 erm... NO!!
if you do you will cause:
humiliation for yourself and your teacher
awkwardness for your teacher around you
a possible investigation in to inappropriate conduct risking his job
embarrassment for your boyfriend because you would be disrespecting him
plus the busted song is pretty sexual so its not really appropriate for an assembly.
sing a normal song that has nothing to do with teachers or crushes on them.

 singing about it will NOT help. It will make you mortified to even show your face.
the fact that you know it's a crush and you need to get over it is good. You will get over it.
