Whenever we did spend time he didnt really talk that much. His brother had introduce us but I dont know if he still have feelings for me or not. I'm not going to tell you what to do, I'm going to tell you that something similar sounding happened to me recently. It's not exactly the same but hopefully it will help you a little.
I went out clubbing with some mates one night because it was this girl's birthday. I didn't know her very well and she invited her brother and her best friend to come out with us. At first I thought her friend was her boyfriend (he was a guy) and I was really confused when he kept staring at me. I tried to see if he stared at other people, maybe he was just intense? But it seemed it was just me. I thought my make-up had gone wierd or something!
Later on I learned he was just a good friend of hers but I still didn't know why he was staring all the time. As the night went on we didn't really talk much but we danced and he ended up buying me a drink. One thing led to another and we ended up getting very close and we kissed a few times.
Conclusion: if he's staring I think he almost definately finds you attractive!!
