Risks for anal cancer is also much higher in those who regularly have anal sex due to hpv transmission. Unprotected anal sex is a big risk, especially with the rates of cheating and deception present in many relationships today. Why do you want to be with someone who would do all this to you and not care about how it's affecting you at all?My advice is to stop having anal sex and to find a new bf.

Have a little self respect, young lady, and tell him I don't enjoy the anal sex at all. If he doesn't accept that then WHY be with him?
Are you two using condoms? lubrication?
Can you get sick from it? Well, obviously you can. The same STD's can be contracted through anal sex, the risk of rectal cancer is much higher in people having anal sex. Otherwise, if practised SAFELY most people don't have problems with it other than the issue that some PEOPLE just do NOT want/like to participate in anal sex.
