I went to the NHS website and saw this quote when it came to female vaginal problems for under 18s: "If you are under 18 and you have vaginal problems, or if you are caring for a child who has them, please call NHS Direct on 0845 4647 immediately." It sounds like an infection and you don't want to let that go untreated. It could also be that you are pregnant, but we have no way of knowing that here. You must contact the NHS for guidance.
It would be better if you told your mum so she can help you cope and make the appointments for you. The thing to remember is that your mum was your age once and probably remembers what it's like to be a scared teenager. Let her help you, okay? It would be for the best in the long run.
Take care.

Talk to your doctor, they can screen you for any STIs or pregnancies - then you can talk over your options and remember what ever you tell your doctor is confidential, they cannot go running to your parents. I promise you that. Go to the doctor, if its nothing then you will feel more at ease and if it is something then atleast they will be able to sort it for you. You most likely know this lesson by now i imagine with all the worry and stress but always use a condom.

You may have contracted a sexually transmited disease. Go see a doctor about it and get them to do a pregnancy test whilst you are there.

Girl, you need to talk to your parents immediadely!! They will find out sooner or later. You need their support on this, plus you cannot even afford a doctor at age of 14. Definately talk this with your parents. May God be with you.
