Will this be your first pregnancy? I'm just intrigued as to why you are so deaperate for twins...I'm sure the other parents on here will back me up in saying that one newborn is more than enough! Good luck :)

Using fertility treatment drugs increases the number of eggs you release so there is a higher chance that more than one egg will be fertilised. However, do you really want to end up with 6 babies growing inside you? Because this is what can happen and you have to selectively abort a few of them.
Bare in mind also that these would be non-identical twins. There is nothing you can do to trick your way into getting pregnant with identical twins. Its a natural process after fertilisation.

In vetro fertilization. In vitro fertilisation (IVF) is a process by which egg cells are fertilized by sperm outside the body, in vitro. The fertilized eggs are then put into your uterus to allow nature to take its course.
This is how octo-mom was able to conceive 8 children at one time.
Good Luck!
