writes: I'm 16, and i was living in Canada for most of my life, until a couple years ago moving to the UK to live with my father (my parents divorced). My mother is still in Canada, and after all this time I've wanted to move back. Only recently have I been able to talk this out with my father, he doesn't want me to go. I just want to know if, legally, I'm able to make my own decision, and live where I want to, so that he doesn't make my decisions. Also, if it were easier, could I just choose to live with my mother? What is the age at which I'm legally able to make that decision?
