Did not get it from my wife as she has never had one, the Dr. told me it was because I cleaned me penis with soap and that washes away natural antibacterial whatever and long story short it became a yeast infection that went away and my foreskin now will not retract and has become very tight. My wife has not seen the head of my penis in 3 years.I can still ejaculate, but what I need to know is can I father a child? She says she can't feel it inside her and that it hurts, she's also worried that it's not going deep enough.Circumcision is a solution but not for me.

No exageration. Put some cream on that bad boy. You need to moisturise with something antibacterial. My foreskin went back to normal.

Ofcourse you can father a child if your foreskin doesn't retract. Your foreskin has nothing to do with fertility. But your health does. If you are sure you didn't get a serious infection to your reproductive system and it was just a yeast infection then there should be a problem. If you can ejaculate then you can father a child.
As for refusing circumcision if it would assist you with your obviously uncomfortable condition, why would it not be an option?
