Normally basic biology applies here, but the human body is really misterious in some ways and rarely a woman still have her period while pregnant.

i think this is more of doubt question, that you had unprotected sex and wanna know for sure...just do wat the females here told...go to a drug store buy a pregnacy test or just get medical assistance to guide you in those doubtful moments.

to "reader, anonymous" - um, hello??! yes you CAN be pregnant and have your period - one of my friends in high school didn't know she was pregnant until her 7th month because she kept having her period and gained very little weight. (and, besides, you don't need to read a bio book to have common sense.)

anyway, I suggest what malyce said and get a pregnancy test at your local drug store. you may want to get a pack of them just incase you think the first test was wrong. i know that some brands sell in packs of 3. if you'd rather visit the doctor for a pregnancy test, they will be able to tell you without a doubt if you're preg or not.

to the anonymous person who said you can't have your period and be pregnant i think you should go and read a biology book. It is very possible to have your period and still be pregnant. Considering i continued to bleed every month for the first 4 months of my pregnancy proves that. Maybe you should go and have a chat to someone who knows what there talking about befor giving very inaccurate information and insulting the people who are correct on this site.

Everyone will tell you yes for some whacky reason. I say no!!! Stick with the wise conventional medical knowledge. Without the uterus lining, the embryo cant implant itself into the uterus wall.

Basic knowledge there you whackos! Go read a biology book

Just walk over to your nearest drugstore and talk to the pharmicist.

They will know which home pregnacy test you can use to deteremine if you are or not.

Still unsure, then visit your local doctor for a test.
