Besides, if he did that you could always deny you knew she was married, and ect.

In the United States the law would only be involved if the married woman did not WANT you to kiss her and you forced yourself on her. Of course the married woman may lie to her husband, and say you did more than just kiss. Or the husband may lie to the police. Regardless of the law or the county, kissing a married woman is looking for trouble.
